Processes optimized, platform stable – support for SSI SCHÄFER

Founded in 1937, SSI SCHÄFER today operates internationally with around 80 subsidiaries, seven production sites, and more than 8,800 employees. The company serves a wide range of industries, including food retail, manufacturing, healthcare, and textiles, offering both automated and manual storage and transport solutions.

Since 2022, SSI SCHÄFER has partnered with Monday Consulting to stabilize and professionalize its complex web ecosystem. The CoreMedia 12–based platform is managed by more than 60 editors worldwide, maintaining over 9,000 published pages across 37 sites.

At the start of the project, workflows across the system landscape were inconsistent. Release and operational processes lacked standardization, making stable operation and ongoing development challenging. The goal was clear: enhance existing structures, ensure reliable technical maintenance, and optimize workflows – creating a web presence that is sustainable, maintainable, and efficient over the long term.

Monday Consulting partners with SSI SCHÄFER across all aspects of platform management. This includes continuous bug fixing, regular CoreMedia updates, infrastructure optimization, and the refinement of release processes. Workflows are streamlined, operations are secured, and editors worldwide receive optimal support. This comprehensive approach ensures the CoreMedia platform is efficiently managed while laying the foundation for future developments.
