Before the project began, DKV Mobility operated its websites on an on-premise infrastructure that no longer met the requirements for scalability and flexibility. The existing situation required a high amount of administrative effort and could not introduce new functionalities efficiently enough. To meet these challenges and offer future-proof solutions, DKV Mobility decided to migrate its websites to Crownpeak's cloud platform.
The switch of the technological basis to the current version of the Crownpeak Cloud enables an increase in efficiency in the editorial area as well as an optimization of the time-to-market for new functionalities.
In addition to these improvements, DKV Mobility will be able to easily use other components of the Crownpeak DXP in the future, such as CaaS, DynamicYield (FirstSpirit ICE), SmartSearch, Formcentric and the Translation Studio.
Especially, Crownpeak's Content-as-a-Service approach opens up a wide range of future opportunities for the customer to further expand and continuously improve omnichannel management.
