The annual CoreMedia Connect is just around the corner.
On 20 June 2023, customers, partners and interested parties will come together to exchange views on the latest trends and topics in the CoreMedia universe. This time, Connect's motto is:
"Elevate Experience, Drive Impact: Charting the Future of Customer Engagement."
We will also be there and look forward to a personal exchange at our stand. In addition, Olaf Fricke, Software Architect at HanseMerkur Insurance Group, will present our latest joint project together with our colleague Kalle Erlhoff:
"Revolutionizing Sales: Successful Relaunch of HanseMerkur's Internal Sales Portal with CoreMedia 11 and Formcentric."
The relaunch of Hansemerkur's internal sales portal was a complete success and revolutionized the daily work of the sales staff. A responsive design, up-to-date content, an improved overview and structure, fast ad-hoc publications and target group-specific content broadcasting are just a few of the many achievements made possible by the relaunch.
Through the migration to CM11, the integration of Formcentric and many other features, we were able to increase efficiency, save resources and optimize the speed and flexibility of the sales team.
The new sales portal has not only made the work of the sales staff easier, but has also helped Hansemerkur to remain successful in the competitive environment and to offer its customers excellent service.
