The project focused on moving DKV Mobility's on-premise installations to Crownpeak's cloud platform. The technology stack, the development process as well as the deployment of the websites were modernized in parallel. Monday Consulting supported DKVM from the start of the project as implementation partner and technical advisor.
By migrating to Crownpeak's SaaS service, DKV Mobility wanted to create a future-proof and scalable platform for its websites, combined with a reduction in administrative effort. Additional goals were to increase efficiency in the editorial area and to optimize the time-to-market for new functionalities. In addition to these improvements, DKV Mobility can now easily use other components of the Crownpeak DXP, such as CaaS, FirstSpirit ICE, SmartSearch, Formcentric and the Translation Studio. Because of the FirstSpirit Premier Partnership, the company from Ratingen relied completely on the experts from Monday Consulting.
The challenges of moving from the familiar on-premise solution to the cloud required continuous exchange with the vendor. Throughout the project, Monday Consulting received support from Crownpeak's Customer Success Management and Professional Services.
In particular, Crownpeak's Content as a Service opens up a wide range of possibilities for the customer in the future. Further omnichannel management projects are already planned.
